Involex is a cloud-hosted software application and downloadable desktop software suite. We do not manufacture, package, or physically ship tangible goods (such as physical CDs, DVDs, or printed manuals). Consequently, all deliveries are executed digitally via electronic transmission over the internet.

2. Cloud SaaS Workspace Provisioning Timelines

Upon successful completion of payment or subscription onboarding:

• Instant Setup: Your dedicated tenant workspace URL (e.g. https://involex.shop/c/your-business/dashboard) and administrative login credentials are generated automatically and provisioned immediately (typically within 1 to 15 minutes).
• Welcome Email & WhatsApp Dispatch: Confirmation with access credentials, starter guide, and portal link is transmitted to your registered email address and WhatsApp contact number instantaneously.

3. Desktop Client Software & License Key Delivery

For customers deploying the Involex Windows Desktop Offline client:

• Installer Download: The installer package (Involex-Setup.exe) is available for direct secure download from your tenant dashboard or via direct link immediately after ordering.
• Cryptographic License Key: Your cryptographically signed license key (formatted as INVX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is generated and delivered in your platform portal and via email confirmation within 15 minutes to 24 hours of purchase verification.
• Air-Gapped Offline Files: For air-gapped terminals operating with zero internet connectivity, pre-signed .invokey activation tokens are transmitted via email within 24 business hours upon receipt of your terminal hardware fingerprint.

4. Delivery Charges & Shipping Cost

Because all software licenses, updates, and cloud workspaces are delivered digitally over the internet:

• Delivery Fee: ₹0 / Free digital delivery worldwide.
• No shipping, courier, customs, or handling surcharges are ever levied.

5. Non-Receipt & Technical Delivery Issues

If you have successfully made payment but have not received your workspace login credentials or desktop license key within 2 hours:

1. Please check your email spam, promotions, and updates folders.
2. Verify that the email address and mobile number provided during sign-up were accurate.
